Toby is an executive level recruiter with over ten years’ experience across the UK and Europe. A marketing graduate, Toby began his recruitment career specialising with finance professionals across UK commerce & industry. He quickly developed a keen interest in the role Human Resources plays within business and cultural transformation and joined the HR Recruitment Practice of a FTSE100, where he played a key part in developing their Human Resources search capability across the UK.

Executive Human Resources Search now firmly his passion, Toby spent five years with Search & Interim firm Archer Mathieson, where he developed a deep network of long lasting relationships throughout the Human Resources market.

Toby joined Eton Bridge Partners at its inception to drive the Executive Search side of the Human Resources Practice, delivering assignments upwards of £70,000 to circa £170,000 base salaries. Increasingly viewed as a subject matter expert in Reward, Toby has developed a keen interest and track record in creating senior Reward solutions.

Whilst Toby operates across the whole private sector, he has particular expertise within Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Hi-Tech sectors.

Outside of work Toby is a keen golfer, likes to dabble with village cricket and cooking when he is not being run ragged by his two young daughters.
