Partner - Interim Human Resources & Business Transformation
Emma-Claire has over 16 years of resourcing consulting experience in global Human Resources and Finance and takes the lead role in managing the HR Practice at Eton Bridge Partners.
Emma-Claire has worked in a number of FTSE 100 and start up recruitment businesses since graduating from Leicester University in 1994 and has spent the last seven years focusing exclusively on Interim Management within Human Resources.
Her focus is to build strong long term relationships and this has resulted in an exceptional network and a deep understanding of the value of strategic HR Project support.
Emma-Claire works with a wide selection of private sector clients and delivers senior interim solutions across all areas of Human Resources and has a particular passion for business transformation projects.
Outside of work Emma-Claire has a great love of the outdoors and enjoys trekking, diving and skiing.
