John Archer
Partner - Head of Executive Search
John is a senior partner at Eton Bridge Partners, leading a small team & handling search assignments with a particular focus in Finance, Human Resources and General Management.
Operating across all industry sectors, clients are diverse from FTSE 100 and large international businesses to local high growth SMEs. He has significant experience at Board level and a wealth of international experience.
In 1998 John founded a highly regarded Windsor based executive recruitment firm. Under his leadership the company enjoyed steady growth before being acquired by a publicly quoted group in 2007.
John’s earlier career had been largely international, having previously been based in Brussels and Toronto before joining a well established search firm in London.
Family, friends, golf and skiing occupy John’s time outside of work. He regularly attends the local gym to help compensate for his love of fine wine and good food.
