Ashton Ward
Partner - Head of Interim
Ashton is the managing partner, working predominantly on the interim management side of the business. His personal focus remains as a hands on supplier of interim managers specialising in finance and business transformation. Clients come from all industry sectors, ranging from international corporations to entrepreneurial SME’s.
Ashton is a leading figure within the interim management industry and a long term supporter of the Interim Management Association (IMA).
Ashton’s vision for the business has always been clear; to be the leading independent search and interim business by reputation and results.
He is dedicated to building a strong team to fulfil this aim, and in 2012 Eton Bridge Partners was independently ranked as a top 5 UK Interim Provider (qualitative survey of more than 2500 interim managers by the Institute of Interim Management).
Out of the office he enjoys swimming, walking on the beaches of north Norfolk, spending time with his family and four dogs, and supporting the Leicester Tigers and England rugby teams.
